Happy 2015! My New Year's Resolutions

What's up dogs?  I hope you are all doing well.  Happy New Year!  Can you believe it's 2015 already?

I thought this would be a good time to share with you my New Year's Resolutions.  My human tells me that making them public will help me to keep them.  I hope she's right.

Here we go...

1)  Learn to say "bacon" in as many languages as possible.

(This one is a matter of survival.  You just never know when you'll get stranded in a foreign country and have to rely on the kindness of strangers.  I'm not too proud to beg.)

That reminds me, I should also practice my Sad Puppy Dog Look.  What do you think?...

2)  Bury at least 10 bones in the backyard.

(I already have one bone from my Christmas stocking, and I've picked out a nice spot under this tree in the backyard...although I'll probably have to wait until spring, when the ground is softer.)

3)  Remember where I buried the 10 bones from last year.

4)  Stop making "small" jokes about Spunky.

(Nah, this one's way too difficult!)

What are your New Year's Resolutions?

  1. Those are great resolutions Droopy. Maybe Spunky can give you a little hint as to where you buried the bones from last year? I am not a big fan of stuff they sell on infomercials but I am intrigued by this product, perhaps you can incorporate it into next years resolutions.

  2. I will definitely have to leave a hint for my human to get me this product next year.

("Maybe Spunky can give me a LITTLE hint," ha ha. Don't let him hear you say that.)

    1. Thanks Ajdin. Do you have any resolutions of your own?

  4. Those are great resolutions Droopy! Have you tried turkey bacon? It's supposed to be tolerable and might do in a pinch. Of course, there is always tofu bacon if you find yourself stuck in a vegetarian-only airport or something. Did I make resolutions this year?? I can't remember... Oh yes.... sleep more... be served more hot chocolate... and go see Paddington Bear movie!

    1. Turkey bacon, huh...if you look on my "Dog eat dog" world post, i was recently introduced to turkey hotdogs. It wasn't bad.
Tofu bacon, on the other hand...that will never happen. Goes against my meatatarian beliefs :)

Those are good resolutions! anything involving more sleep and more chocolate sounds good.
