Another Xmas card.

Hey, what's up, dogs?  Yup, it's now official...I get more mail than my human!  I'm a very lucky dog to have so many friends sending me mail.

Here's the latest Christmas card we got.  This one's from Ajdin, as you can tell from the postage stamp on the envelope.  I really like this card...this bear is bundled up and ready for the holidays!

And everyone in Ajdin's household signed it!  Thanks you guys!  MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR, everybody!

Christmas morning

What's up dogs?  Today is a very special day, because...IT'S CHRISTMAS!  I couldn't sleep a wink last night...I was too excited.

Apparently Patch and Spunky were also excited, because early this morning we all ran downstairs together to check our Christmas stockings.

Oh boy!   There's something inside...

Wow!  Just what I wanted!  How did you know?...

Patch and Spunky got some yummy treats too.

Patch and I also got some new toys to play with.  That's good, because the old ones are pretty chewed up.

And Spunky got a train set!  Cool!

"I will call it...The Spunky Express!" he announced.

 All aboard!

What a fantastic Christmas morning.  The gifts were nice, but the best part was being with my friends and my pet human for the holidays.

Well, you'll have to excuse me now...Patch has invited Spunky and me to play a game with his new ball.  He's always been nice about sharing.

Merry Christmas and see you next time!

Spunky's Christmas stocking accident

 What’s up, dogs?

Today one of my friends had a close call.  Since it’s getting close to Christmas, our human very thoughtfully bought us each a stocking to hang by the chimney for Santa Claus.

Here I am with mine…

And here's Patch with his...

And last but not least, here's Spunky and his stocking.

I guess Spunky wanted to see how many goodies could fit in his stocking on the big day.

Unfortunately...he got stuck.

I happened to walk by about this time and found him like this.

"Spunky, are you okay?"  I asked.

"Um...help?" he replied.

We pushed and pulled and pulled and pushed...

...until we were tired out.  But Spunky was still stuck.

It was time to call for reinforcements.

Whew!  That was a close one. I'm happy to report that Spunky is doing fine, although he's been avoiding his stocking since the incident.  Glad we were around to sort things out.  After all, everybody needs a little help now and then.

Spunky:  "Hey!  I heard that!"

Heh heh...

Have you hung your stocking yet?  What do you want for Christmas?
